Fireside chats

During the so-called ‘Fireside chats’ at the beautiful Prins Hendriksoord, we will discuss specific and contemporary topics with a small group from different disciplines. These discussions will take place in a confidential and homely atmosphere, where the Chatham House Rules apply.

All in or Nothing

This discussion is about the choices we are making. How we are making them. And how we are executing these choices. Jorge Vazquez, CFO Randstad, will introduce the discussion be sharing his choices at Randstad. Wat does he and they go ”all in” for? But also, what is he and are they choosing no longer to do? And how do they try to do this with an entrepreneurial mindset and focus? After the experiences shared by Jorge we discuss with eachother the choises we and our organisations are making. And the difficulties in execution.
