Fireside chats
During the so-called ‘Fireside chats’ we will discuss specific and contemporary topics with a small group from different disciplines. These discussions will take place in a confidential and homely atmosphere, where the Chatham House Rules apply.
Predictability in an Unpredictable World
During this roundtable, we will explore a topic that is unfortunately becoming increasingly common in today’s world: unpredictability. We will hear from Barco CFO Ann Desender on how she approaches this challenge and how she strives to create predictability in an uncertain environment.
What are the knowns we know? What are the unknowns we are aware of? And which potential “black swans” should we be considering? How do we communicate our expectations and strategic direction to markets, stakeholders and employees? How do we address uncertainty and what actions can we take to remain flexible in the face of it?
Hear from Ann and engage with your peers as you reflect on the leadership lessons you have learned in times of uncertainty and consider what aspects make you feel most uncomfortable.
