During the so-called ‘Fireside chats’ we will discuss specific and contemporary topics with a small group from different disciplines. These discussions will take place in a confidential and homely atmosphere, where the Chatham House Rules apply.
On the Edge of Competitiveness
Companies are feeling the squeeze after a supply chain crisis, an energy crisis, and ongoing trade wars in recent years. These challenges have brought the question of competitiveness even more into focus. How demanding are the current circumstances for your organization? What impact do European and Dutch government policies have on this? What steps are you taking to make your organization more competitive?
During this roundtable, we will discuss how companies are adapting their business and operating models, and how they are reducing costs to remain competitive. We will also explore what they are learning about their leaders and employees. As the saying goes, only when the tide goes out, you discover who’s been swimming naked.
Koen Vermeulen of AkzoNobel will kick off the discussion, after which we will share experiences with one another.
