Fireside chats
During the so-called ‘Fireside chats’ we will discuss specific and contemporary topics with a small group from different disciplines. These discussions will take place in a confidential and homely atmosphere, where the Chatham House Rules apply.
Defining moments
During this fireside chat Sander van der Laan who currently is the CEO of Douglas and in the past was Action CEO after spending a decade at Ahold, amongst others CEO Albert Heijn, will be our central guest. Sander will share his view on the strategic chess board he sees in front of him, his view on the market and the choices he is making and his leadership philosophy with which he makes these choices. He will also touched upon the experiences that made him the leader he is today. His story will enable a discussion about the choices the different participants are making, their look at their markets and the type of leaders they are and have become
