During the so-called ‘Fireside chats’ we will discuss specific and contemporary topics with a small group from different disciplines. These discussions will take place in a confidential and homely atmosphere, where the Chatham House Rules apply.
Dealing with dilemma’s
Leadership is about dealing with dilemmas and reconciling them. No choice has only good outcomes, and none has only bad ones. What choice would you make without knowing whether the circumstances in which you are making it will stay the same or evolve as you expect?
During this roundtable, Melexis CFO Karen van Griensven will share her biggest dilemmas in these challenging times. Afterwards, we will discuss them with each other, and also delve into the biggest dilemmas of the different participants at the table. A great opportunity to learn about each other’s decision-making.
