The forum aims to explore top-of-mind issues and challenges related to making a positive impact in business and society. Through sharing achievements, challenges, and perspectives, CFOs can collaborate to develop tangible actions towards achieving their goals.
We are honored to welcome Sander van ’t Noordende, CEO of Randstad.
Sander has led Randstad since 2022, guiding one of the world’s largest talent organizations through a period of rapid change in the world of work. Throughout his international leadership career, he has been at the forefront of business transformation, digital innovation, and organizational reinvention.
In addition to his role as CEO of Randstad, Sander serves as an Independent Director at AECOM. He has also held several non-executive board positions, including Independent Non-Executive Director at Micro Focus, Chair of Virtusa, and Board Member at Out & Equal.
Drawing on his experience leading organizations through technological disruption and evolving workforce dynamics, Sander explores what it takes to build organizations that are truly future-fit. He brings a unique perspective on how leaders can balance innovation and transformation with the human capabilities that drive long-term success.
Sander will reflect on the transformation journey he is leading at Randstad, exploring how leaders can prepare their organizations for the future while balancing the legacy of the past with the expectations of stakeholders and shareholders today.
Inspired by his personal career journey, we will discuss how CFOs can partner with CEOs to address immediate challenges, meet stakeholder expectations, and build a truly future-fit organization.
