Fireside chats
During the so-called ‘Fireside chats’ we will discuss specific and contemporary topics with a small group from different disciplines. These discussions will take place in a confidential and homely atmosphere, where the Chatham House Rules apply.
CFO meets CIO on value creation & technology
During this roundtable we will discuss each other’s technology roadmaps. What are our priorities for the years to come? What does this mean in terms of investment but also company culture and structure? And what do we expect from Agentic AI? What do we already do with it and what are our plans? How big a game changer will it be? And what is needed from us to fully exploit its potential? What is needed from CIO and CFO to achieve planned value at planned costs? What are the uncertainties? How do we monitor progress and when do we adapt and when do we keep course? Some organisations will join with their CFO and CIO and some CIOs and CFOs will come alone. Let us challenge and inspire each other and make plans for better collaboration.
