During the so-called ‘Fireside chats’ we will discuss specific and contemporary topics with a small group from different disciplines. These discussions will take place in a confidential and homely atmosphere, where the Chatham House Rules apply.

During this roundtable, CEOs, COOs, and CIOs will discuss how they can accelerate their businesses through digital innovation. How can you innovate digitally and gain a competitive edge in product development and customer excellence? How can digital solutions also drive greater efficiency in back-office operations? What are the main challenges? How quickly can a legacy company achieve the necessary transformation? What kind of culture is required? What level of collaboration is needed between the CIO and the business? How must each role evolve, and what kind of talent is essential? What lessons have we learned from failures in digital transformation?
