The CFO´s with impact-next generation series is designed to adress the changing business landscape and offer a platform for next generation finance leaders to make a sustained impact beyond financial results.
The forum aims to explore top-of-mind issues and challenges related to making a positive impact in business and society. Through sharing achievements, challenges and perspectives participants can collaborate and think through the needed development of the finance function to not only adap to the future but excell in it. Together we will create the CFO role of tomorrow.

Define Your Leadership Journey

During our second CFO’s with Impact Series-Next Generation Event, we are honoured to welcome Ton van Veen as our guest speaker.
 
Ton is currently active as non-executive director, investor and advisor after a long executive career at Jumbo, where he became CFO in 2004 and later CEO during more turbulent times. He has also held non-executive positions at amongst others HEMA, Rituals and PSV. Using defining moments from Ton’s career, we will together explore our own leadership journey: the dilemma’s we face, how clear our career paths are and where our strengths and weaknesses for growth lie.
 
How do CFOs lead in time of high growth, what does it take for a CFO to step into CEO responsibility and how does a CFO influence culture, not only numbers? Together we will challenge our assumptions and sharpen the capabilities for the next chapter of leadership
