During the so-called ‘Fireside chats’ we will discuss specific and contemporary topics with a small group from different disciplines. These discussions will take place in a confidential and homely atmosphere, where the Chatham House Rules apply.
AI & Value Creation
During this roundtable, we will discuss each other’s AI roadmaps and priorities for the years ahead. What are our key priorities, and what do they mean in terms of investment, company culture, and organisational structure?
We will also explore the potential of Agentic AI. What are we already doing with it, and what are our plans for the future? How transformative will it be, and what do we need to do to fully realise its potential?
How can we ensure that we deliver the expected value at the planned cost? What are the key uncertainties, how do we monitor progress, and when should we adjust our course versus staying the course?
