Fireside chats
During the so-called ‘Fireside chats’ we will discuss specific and contemporary topics with a small group from different disciplines. These discussions will take place in a confidential and homely atmosphere, where the Chatham House Rules apply.
The founder’s mentality in the age of agentic AI
During this roundtable we will hear from Adyen CTO, Tom Adams, how he is helping the organisation professionalise and innovate in the age of agentic AI. What changes in company structure and culture need to be made to do this? What is the biggest potential Tom sees in agentic AI? What does the company wants to achieve in the short- and long term and what are the challenges that need to be adressed?
How is Tom driving this change? But also which dilemma’s are arising with regards to the the company’s ”founder’s mentality” (this what makes you tick, fast and customer focused)? This will drive a discussion about the changes each participant’s company needs to make, and where you do this in accordance with your company’s ”founder’s mentality” and where you clash?
